As a bull owner, your name, your company name, or whatever name you choose, will appear on the national TV broadcasts every time your bull bucks. You will even have the option to re-name the bull if you choose. Many businesses will incorporate their business name into a bull’s name for advertising/marketing purposes. (This would be similar to companies sponsoring NASCAR race cars.) This is a fairly common practice in the bucking bull business, too.
Our trainer/handler is to willing to continue board and to haul the bull for the buyer to PBR events around the country. Our arrangement with our trainer/handler is that he pays all the boarding and hauling costs. So, there will be no additional expenses with owning this bull unless extraordinary medical procedures need to be done.
OR, you could buy 100% of the bull and keep him with our handler OR move him to whatever trainer/handler of your choosing.
Our bull has already bucked at a few PBR events this year.
PLEASE view this as an Entertainment &/or Marketing expense. (Some bull sellers try to sell this as an investment. I will not.) This is just an opportunity for a guy or gal, with sufficient financial resources, to own a piece of a thrilling extreme sport animal.

This bucking bull could also be bucked in PRCA rodeos and go through the process of hopefully qualifying for the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) at year-end.

Most people don’t even know that the big bulls you see on national TV in the PRCA Rodeos and PBR (Professional Bull Riders) events start out in young bull competitions without riders. That’s right, they strap a “dummy” to their backs, they open the gate, and they are judged by how well they buck, kick, and spin. (Think of it like a gymnastics competition except it is for a bucking bull, not a human.)
There is big money to be won in these young bull competitions.
Owning a young, competition bucking bull is kind of like a combination of owning a sports team and being a sports gambler. Yes, the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. WARNING: It can be addictive…lol!
These young, competition bulls are the Little League and Minor Leagues of the bucking bull world. You can own a young bull for much less money, compete and win with him now, and hope he becomes a much more valuable Major Leaguer in the PBR and rodeo world someday!
Choosing which bull(s) to buy is akin to the NFL Draft. Do you buy the best bull available (a 1st rounder) or do you buy 2 or 3 cheaper bulls with the same money (a couple of Mid to Late Rounders if you will) in hopes of landing a sleeper like Tom Brady who becomes a Super Bowl MVP.
Here is a link to American Bucking Bull Inc website, for example, that show the prize money of the 2-yr-old class (Futurity Class) at this year’s American Heritage. The American Heritage is the Super Bowl for competition bulls, and it is the highest paying event of the year. The winning bull won $74,000.
There are 4 competition classes for bucking bulls with the ABBI (American Bucking Bull, Inc) organization:
1-yr-olds – Yearling Class (with dummies)
2-yr-olds – Futurity Class (with dummies)
3-yr-olds – Derby Class (with riders)
4-yr-olds – Classic Class (with riders)
5-yr-old + – The best start bucking in the PBR events on TV or in PRCA rodeos
